Quick "Green" Tempeh Salad.

Here's a quick recipe for an easy delicious lunch. Eat with crackers or put on whole grain bread.

Green Tempeh Salad

1 ripe avocado diced
1 package tempeh, cold, crumbled
salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/2 cup vegenase
onion flakes


Mix until combined. Eat!
